RY series heat transfer oil pump has been widely used in the heating system of heating medium in my country, and has entered various industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, plastic, pharmaceutical, textile, printing and dyeing, road construction, food, wood processing, etc. It is an ideal heat transfer oil circulating pump for conveying weak corrosive high temperature liquid without solid particles. The operating temperature is W350°C.

3. Introduction to the structure

BRY type hot oil pump is a single-stage cantilever structure, the inlet of the pump is axial suction, and the vertical outlet is the center upward. The pump and the drive motor are assembled on the same base through an elastic coupling. The whole unit does not need any additional cooling system, and the inlet and outlet flanges and pressure-resistant parts of the pump are made according to 16bar pressure. The size of the base conforms to GB5660 regulations.

The main parts are as follows: 1. Shell part: It consists of pump body and pump cover. 2. Rotor part: It consists of impeller, shaft and impeller nut. 3. Bearing part: Two disc bearings are installed in the bearing body, which is the support body of the rotor. 4. Sealing part: the packing sealing structure is adopted (see Figure 2 for details), and the heat-resistant oil seal is attached to play the role of auxiliary sealing. 5. Transmission part: The pump and the prime mover are connected by a three-claw elastic coupling. The prime mover can be an ordinary motor or an explosion-proof motor. The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the coupling end. In short, the traditional hot oil pump structure is changed in design, and the cooling method of natural heat dissipation is adopted, which reduces the volume of the pump, makes the structure simple, saves operating costs, and is safe and reliable.
